Women Still Missing from Top Jobs

At 52 per cent, the US has the highest percentage of women employees at all levels, followed by Spain at 48 per cent and Canada at 46 per cent. A recent World Economic Forum study found that women employees tend to be concentrated in entry- or middle-level positions and remain scarce in senior management or board positions in most countries and industries.
