Cenla.org is the web platform for the Cenla Advantage Partnership, a non-profit organization dedicated to the creation of more and better economic opportunities in Central Louisiana. CAP was created by a group of Central Louisiana leaders and The Rapides Foundation. CAP's focus areas include post-secondary educational opportunities, workforce development, entrepreneurship, social capital, civic engagement and infrastructure. CAP administers the Entrepreneurial League System® of Central Louisiana and acts as the facilitator for the implementation of recommendations in The Rapides Foundation's "Beyond High School" initiative. CAP is funded in part by The Rapides Foundation. Our mission is: Provide knowledge, tools and leadership for economic prosperity in Central Louisiana.
