merits of buying real estate vs renting for sales office location.
Submitted by Sgood on Thu, 07/30/2009 - 5:19pmI am looking for some feedback on buying a sales lot vs renting one. On the surface it looks like renting will have the higher rate of return initially but buying would seem to be more profitable in the long run of 7-15 years out.
