International Paper Closing Pineville Facility

International Paper announced today that it will close three of its mills -- the one in Pineville as well as others in Franklin, Va., and Albany, Ore. The Pineville plant will close Dec. 15. Gov. President Jeff DeLapp and Sr. Financial Officer David Richardson to announce that the company will construct the first large-scale processing facility in the world dedicated to high-quality, frozen sweet potato products near Delhi, Louisiana.
